Terms & Conditions

By booking any service with L E Hospitality Services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure transparency, professionalism, and mutual respect between our team and our clients.

1. Services Provided

L E Events and Consultancy offers event-related services including but not limited to:

  • Event planning and coordination
  • Traditional ceremonies and weddings
  • Birthday and special event management
  • Artist and DJ bookings
  • Event consultancy
  • Décor and production services

All services are customized to client needs and confirmed through a signed agreement or email confirmation.

2. Booking & Payment

  • A deposit (typically 30–50%) is required to confirm any booking.
  • Full payment must be received at least 7 days before the event date (unless otherwise agreed).
  • Payment methods accepted: [insert options – bank transfer, mobile money, etc.].
  • Late payments may result in cancellation or additional charges.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 14 days before the event may qualify for a partial refund (excluding the deposit).
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable.
  • If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.

All cancellation requests must be made in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate event details and respond promptly to communications.
  • For traditional events, the client must provide any cultural or religious guidelines relevant to the planning.
  • Venue access must be granted for setup and breakdown within agreed timelines.

5. Media & Promotion

  • With client consent, we may capture photos or videos of the event for promotional use on our website or social media.
  • Clients can opt out of media use by notifying us in writing before the event.

6. Liability

  • L E Vents and Consultancy is not liable for:
    • Personal injuries, property damage, or lost items during events
    • Third-party vendor issues (e.g., caterers or venue staff) outside our direct control
  • We will, however, assist in resolving issues to the best of our ability.

7. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our official website or sent via email when relevant.
